Hi! We're Cait Donovan (L), founder and creator of FRIED and Sarah Vosen (R), FRIED's Director of Coaching.
We met 20+ years ago during our master degree program in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We both:
- Are Licensed Healthcare practitioners
- Are formally burnt out
- Burnt out in part because of people pleasing and over giving
- Believe in ally ship, safe spaces, and accessibility of care.
